Tri-State Mobile Repairs Policies


Service Policies:


Tri-State Mobile Repairs provides on-site diagnostic and repair services as outlined during your consultation or stated on your invoice. Any additional repairs not originally discussed may result in added charges upon approval.


Equipment & Site Access:


Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible conditions for our technicians to perform repairs. This includes adequate space for tools, equipment, and vehicle access, as well as any necessary operational safety measures.


Scheduling:


Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We confirm service times by phone, text, or email. Emergency or expedited services may incur additional fees.


Rescheduling:


Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Last-minute changes may be subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.


Cancellations:


Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee due to reserved technician time and travel planning.


Weather Conditions:


We service equipment outdoors, and some repairs may be delayed or rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions. We'll contact you to make alternate arrangements when needed.


Payment Methods:


We accept cash, checks, Zelle, and most major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior written agreement is made.


Late Payments:


Invoices not paid within 7 days of service completion may incur a $25 late fee. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension or collections.


Service Liability:


We take every precaution during diagnostics and repair, but we are not liable for issues related to pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or malfunctioning third-party components.


Customer Responsibility:


Customers are responsible for clearly communicating known equipment issues, history, and any operational risks prior to service. Unauthorized operation during repairs is not permitted.


Quality Assurance:


If you're unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We are committed to resolving any reasonable concerns as quickly as possible.


Service Limitations:


Our services do not include structural repairs, fabrication, or parts not reasonably available in our service range. Any warranty is limited to labor and services provided by our technicians.
